I did pop out to Australia after getting my VISA finally, the week before the Digicel launch, testing out mobile networks in Australia (while visiting friends and family) and camping in the Apple Store. And discovering things like the fact that fewer mobile towers means more drain on your phone battery, which is operational death for your (4) new iPhones when you use a 9 prefix provider.

So yes, we are now also an authorized Digicel dealer, with the larger range of handsets and other products including DirectFlex or topup where we can do cool things like allow you to use your prepaid IMHD balance to send you credit straight to your phone as a text notice. See us in IMCafe or downtown at our Flagship IMDigicel location at the General Post Office. From tomorrow, you will also be able to pass on your IMHD returns from there before 12pm and when you topup a $1 to your Digicel handset per return. Furthermore, with every handset purchase, you also get a FREE DVD to keep, and build your collection worth $20! For your friends who aren't members yet, they qualify to open a full account with only $25. These are just a few services exclusive to us.

What happened to your "It must be Wednesday" appearances for ol' Vodafone you may ask? Well, it was an old 'face for hire' one-off appearance fee. I won't mention the lack of benefits. As you know, we always test and use what 'we' at IMHD promote. So it is now "It must be everyday - the Digicel way" with the entire IMHD team of 11. Our Digicel number is 7080007, where the Day number is 3270007. And yes, I actually use Post-pay for real now, with included minutes (which rollover to the next month) to call Digicel and Telecom landlines, free text, updated in 60 seconds GSM balance check, real call-waiting, flex topup payments, free customer care, and per second billing to name a few fairly obvious things.

And yes, we can sign you up for postpay - simply email me with your questions, provide your current total talktime and total bill for a comparison with Vodafone in 60 seconds, and fill the form with ID or your company number and stamp, plus initial deposit.

Back on the IMHD side, our weekly shipments are back to our regular Tuesday arrivals, so pop in, book ahead, and treat yourself to laughs, tears and inspiration, and super-cool gaming. On that note, we're shipping in our next batch of games this weekend which includes Gears of War 2. Next week will be the new World of Warcraft expansion at $110. Now is also a good time to order your Xbox 360 consoles with bundled games and lower prices. You may have also noticed the enlarging Blu-ray collection - the Sony 350 player is now only $950! We also have extra Dualshock controllers and Blu-tooth remotes for your PS3 which can play Blu-ray discs. Whatever you decide, do NOT buy players or consoles from Europe, Asia, Australia or NZ as they will not play our Blu-ray or DVD discs due to region coding. Japan or US is where you will benefit.

For those of you who have noticed our Apple progression, we are testing out the 3G iPhone, which is currently not on sale. To obtain one, you must be resident in say Australia or NZ (no joy for USA yet), request the official unlock, restore the unit in iTunes and voila - be very efficient and of course very cool, and economical. All our Macs are now synchronized with our iPhones, and we plan to share the love as soon as we can.

And last but not least, lavish yourself with our new IMCafe menu, including our new Yumba line of meatpies, salads, waffles and other delights. Spoil yourself with our organic Tanna coffee in the newlook IMCafe.
