to register your complaints If you know or
are aware of companies or induviduals who are commiting a criminal
offence of supporting, selling or anyway involved in piracy,
please send your confidential notification form to FAVIA. |
What will we do with such complaints Depending on the extent of materials held and whether the offender is a member of FAVIA, the FAVIA Committee will either instruct the Police to raid the shop or FAVIA members will write to its member to seek full explanation and the committee will take appropriate action including suspension or legal action or both. |
